VoiceGlance is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. VoiceGlance does not sell or rent any of your personally identifiable information to third parties. The term “personally identifiable information” means any information that can identify you as an individual and includes your name, email address, residential or mailing address, and phone number(s).

What we collect

Our Members provide us with data relating to potential job candidates or current employees (“Candidates”) that they want to include in a hiring campaign. This data typically includes information contained in resumes and job applications that have been previously collected by the Member. As part of the Service, our Members authorize us to use the personally identifiable information to contact Candidates and invite them to participate in an interview through our platform. Interviews may include questions pertaining to your skills, work style, education, past experience, prior work knowledge, problem solving ability, willingness to relocate, immigration status, salary expectations, hypothetical questions to gauge analytical skills, and other relevant questions. The Candidate responses are recorded and transcribed for Member review, analysis, and ranking.

Our Members may also provide additional information and data relating to particular job postings, including customized interview questionnaires, and job requirements.

How we use the data

As indicated, we do not rent or sell personally identifying information to third parties. In the course of performing our Service, we provide the Member that sponsored the interview with transcripts of the Candidate’s interview answers in association with their identity.

We may store and maintain records of interview responses as a Service to our Members. Additionally, we may maintain records of the collected data, including interview responses, to enhance our Service and maintain internal records and statistics. For example, we may use interview responses to train, test and enhance our transcription processes, and to perform various statistical analyses in order to predict rankings of Candidate responses. These uses will assist us in improving our products and Service, troubleshooting and resolving issues with the Service, and enable internal metrics to track use statistics.

With respect to data relating to job postings, we may duplicate and/or modify Members’ stored customized questionnaire forms to enhance our catalogue of template questionnaires.

Disclaimer

In some instances, we may provide third-party contractors access to information needed to perform their job to assist the provision of the Services. In these cases, we ensure privacy protection by requiring that such contractors abide by this Privacy Policy. Additionally, we may disclose information when required by law.

Security of system

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information according to industry standards. You should be aware that as with any private, corporate or governmental website, wrongdoers may illegally attempt to gain access to information. While we take reasonable and appropriate precautions to prevent against such attacks, we cannot guarantee that they will not occur.
