VoiceGlance offers the Service to Members, which relates to generating hiring campaigns, recording candidate interviews, and providing online infrastructure to organize the interview results. Candidates identified in a Member’s campaign are invited to contact us to participate in an interview designed by the Member. All information provided to VoiceGlance as part of the Service is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. As a Member or Candidate, you are solely responsible for the content of any communication or submission that you provide to use as part of the Service and agree to the following rules:

• You will not submit material that infringes proprietary rights, including without limitation copyright, trademark and trade secret rights
• You will not submit material that violates privacy, publicity or other personal rights of other persons or entities
• You will not submit material that is otherwise in violation of any applicable law, rule, regulation or ordinance
• You will not submit material that is obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, or embarrassing to any other persons or entities
• You will not impersonate other persons or entities or submit knowingly incomplete, misleading or false biographical information

VoiceGlance does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or reliability of content submitted by others as part of the Service. Authorization

By participating in the Service you authorize VoiceGlance to receive, record, store and transfer information you provide to us to facilitate the provision and enhancement of the Services in accordance with our privacy policy. According to the design of a Member’s hiring campaign, VoiceGlance will invite Candidates to participate in interviews. VoiceGlance will make recordings and transcripts of the interview responses by Candidates and provide access thereto to the sponsoring Member. While VoiceGlance endeavors to provide the most accurate transcription and transmittal of data and information, by using the Service you acknowledge that errors may be present in the data or information.

IP of the content

Unless indicated otherwise, all of the content featured or displayed on this site is owned by or licensed to VoiceGlance, including without limitation text, graphics, images, logos, buttons, icons, layout, and animation. Any trademarks that are not the property of or licensed to VoiceGlance are acknowledged on the site. VoiceGlance retains all rights with respect to the content of the Website and Service. Furthermore nothing on the Website or any part of the Service shall be considered an endorsement, representation, assumption of responsibility or warranty with respect to any third party, whether in regards to subject matter transmitted between Candidates and Members, outside websites, or third party products, technologies, services, or business practices.

Additionally, VoiceGlance makes no warranties of any kind related to its standardization and interpretation of the information and data gathered, generated and transmitted as part of the Service.
